BESPOKE YOGA ASANA FOR MIND & BODY

While group classes can be highly motivating, enjoyable, and efficient ways to practice, we understand that certain individuals and specific circumstances may call for a more personalized one-on-one approach. If you find your needs aren't being met in a formal studio or group setting, know that we at YRC are here for you.

Are you working through trauma or experiencing feelings of alienation, being triggered, or feeling marginalized by the conventional studio structure? Perhaps you're frustrated with the progress in your practice due to classes being either too fast, too slow, offering instructions that are too general, adhering to body normative standards, or catering primarily to neurotypical individuals. Do you feel like your voice is going unheard or that you're unseen in the group setting? Maybe you're intimidated by the idea of practicing or exercising around others, or you're simply unsure of where to start. It could even be that you've been unable to find a studio schedule that aligns with your hectic life.

Your YRC instructor is committed to meeting you exactly where you are. With discretion and expertise, we will listen attentively to your needs and concerns, and together, we'll discover a unique pathway for you. This personalized approach integrates breath, body movement, and self-awareness, empowering you to take control of your body, your mind, and your life.
